本来有一篇文章已经存了很久了，确惊闻四川地震的事情，觉得这个时候应该多写点祝福而少写点评论。受灾人数已达上万，眼看一个个鲜活的生命在数字的攀升中消失，心里很难受。希望灾区人民能平安渡过难关。我也做不了什么事，准备把前一阵赚的几百块钱捐一下。如果这点钱能换回一个或者半个生命的话，我心里会觉得舒服一些。

留学最重要的就是订房子了.瑞典为学生考虑的很周到,有一家叫SGS的公司专门替学生提供廉价房服务.而且物业,洗衣,健身,桑那,停车一应俱全(有的还有游泳池).所以能申请到SGS的房子就别租民房,一手民房很难租到,而且还涉及到保证金,网费等问题.有些瑞典人也是很坏的.
有的学校也给学生提供一些校内的住房,我不是很了解,但是网站上一般都有给新生的accommodation信息,以Chalmers为例,网页英文版有个栏目叫”New students at Chalmers”.点进去,左边会有Accommodation里面有详细信息,Chalmers也有自己的中介.不过肯定都不如SGS的选择多.
申请时需要人口号,通知书,护照好像(忘了,网站上有),发信给他们加上附件就好.然后又看中的房子就申请,然后拿号排队.一般申请几个会有一个给你.(我当时申请了3个)下了房子后第一个月房租还得去中国银行交一次.
我的博客上有如何查地图的方法.到时候把学校地址和申请的房子一输,就知道近不近了.

记住,有问题随时可以给他们发信,他们都很热情的,尤其是没找到房子时,学校international office肯定会有后备计划.

今天是想给以前读过的几个东西做做笔记。
在我看来我们历年吹嘘的外汇储备是一个愚蠢至极的东西，也是中央集权的一个体现。（也可能是中国人的传统？大家喜欢存钱，结果政府也喜欢存钱？）政府把涉及对外贸易而得的利润换成外汇，而不是资产或资源，实在很令我费解。经常听经商的人说活钱才是真正的财富，不是垒在家一叠叠钞票，而是不断的购进资产。我觉得购进外国公司，资源都是很好的选择。但也是由于我们的制度，购进外国公司可能会让高干子弟慢慢把国有搞成私有，购进资源可能也会导致国内人照样承受通胀而政府却发一笔小财（可能是一些代表政府的人收益吧）。所以我觉得现在这种集权制将越来越成为国家发展的瓶颈，因为它实在是太不灵活了而且太corrupt了。这次由于过于储备外汇造成的人民币对其他货币贬值，外汇资本流失我觉得变相把以前浪费资源所得的利润部分抵消了。
关于抵制网上争论也不少。我不想说哪一方是愚蠢的，我年轻时也想抵制日货来着。现在经济都全球化了，你也WTO了，任何一个国家，经济都不能独立的存在。要抵制也可以，飞机大炮汽车轮船哪一个不是从外边学回来的？回到老佛爷时代得了。以前我曾读过一个美国妇女写的“没有Made in China的日子”（忘了题目了），后来她发现活不下去，或是生活质量会降一个档次。我觉得现在这种产品制造地域分配恰恰是资源自动配置的结果，每个地区都有它擅长的资源，你如果想逼着大家去买国货国货品质最好也得过硬才行。不过现在没有那个国家能独立于世界大环境存在了，看看朝鲜就知道。从郭凯的文章可以看出，抵制的后果远比贸易逆差严重。
那天和老师开会，忘了怎么就提到了中国。我导师给我表示他比较惊讶为什么象中国这样跨度非常大国家，不同的文化，这么难管理，居然靠一个这么centralized的政府靠centralized的政策管理。我说其实我也蛮奇怪。因为我觉得中国这样的跨度无异与欧洲，但是整个政府管理的方式确是很粗放的，很单一的，有时候完全不考虑地方差异。像是南方那些省，有自己的文化语言，看新闻却得看普通话，看春晚（虽然我不看）还得听北方相声，就是这种centralized的具体表现。最好全国人民都穿一样衣服，一样想法，这样才好管，我觉得这就是我们政府的想法。我自己的看法是中央政府应该给地方政府更大的自主权，有点类似联邦一样的国家。希望以后不会发生人渣在人民币汇率大辩论里提到的那种粗放政策。出问题时补补，然后继续往前走，怕这样走不了多久就得倒下。
想法有很多可能很幼稚，但是我觉得总结一下是好事。本来一会儿能写完的文章，因为最近忙分成了三天，可能逻辑有点不连贯，真不知道那些写几十万字的人怎么写的~我写东西非得一口气写完
